Location: 900 South Las Vegas Blvd near the corner of Hoover.
This is located in the downtown area of Las Vegas separate from
the major hotels on the Strip.
Building and Units: One building that is 16 stories high with
120 units.
Summary: This project is featuring an Art Deco style high-rise
that showcases trendy loft living and it will be the first
pioneer loft condominium project in downtown Las Vegas. Soho
Lofts consists of 1 building (sixteen stories high) containing
120 units of which 112 will be loft flats and 8 will be a
2-story penthouses. The single story lofts can be used as a one
or two bedroom unit. The project is set up where the first floor
is retail, floors 2-6 is a parking garage, 7-14 are single story
lofts and 15-16 are 2 story penthouses. The living space ranges
from 1,336 to 4,000 square feet. Features include 11 foot
ceilings, sealed concrete floors, imported designer Dellacasa
Italian cabinetry, exposed mechanical systems (ductwork and
piping) and gourmet stainless steel kitchens. There is a
state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, five-story secured and
enclosed garage and a spacious sun lounge and rooftop deck.
Units can be delivered as open New York style loft, or framed up
as one bedroom with den or two bedroom units. North and South
facing units will feature balconies with stunning Strip and
Freemont Street views. One more unique feature: a 24 hour door

Location: Corner of Casino Center Drive & Hoover. This is
located in the downtown area of Las Vegas separate from the
major hotels on the Strip.
Building and Units: One building that is 23 stories high with
168 units.
Summary: This downtown project offers 13 different loft floor
plans for the single story lofts from floors 8-20. There are 12
different two–story penthouse loft floor plans to choose from on
floors 21 & 22. Floor 23 is the roof deck. These floor plans
range from 900 to 3,000 square feet. The first floor will
contain retail stores, and floors 2-7 are slated for the parking
garage. Among the rooftop amenities owners will find: a fitness
center, a track (1/10 of a mile around the perimeter of the
building), pool & Jacuzzi, spa, sky room clubhouse with
billiards, lounge area, movie room and gardens with 360 degree
views. The building amenities are numerous as well including a 6
story enclosed, secure parking structure, a 24 hour doorman,
concierge services, a business center, large terraces, dramatic

Location: Las Vegas Boulevard and Ogden, across the street from Neonopolis. This is a downtown location not on the Strip.
Downtown refers to the Freemont Street area where you will find
hotels like the Golden Nugget and Binions Horseshoe.
Building and Units: One building 21 stories and a total of 251
units.
Summary: There are up to 13 different floor plans that range
from a one, two and three bedroom units measuring 800 square
feet to just over 1,900 square feet. Common amenities include a
rooftop pool, tranquil views of the valley, the mountains and
the Las Vegas Strip, walking distance to the famous Freemont
Street Experience as well as the new monorail system,
state-of-the-art fitness center and 24 hour security. The first
level will have numerous retail shops, dry cleaners and a jazz
club. Completion of the towers is projected for 2007.

units.
Summary: This project is being built specifically to attract
locals, particularly casino employees and professionals that
have their businesses in the downtown area. The units will be as
small as 540 square feet and go up to a $2 million penthouse.
Lower levels will include 140,000 square feet of retail and
professional space including child care, dry cleaners, a food
market and restaurants.

Building and Units: There are 3
buildings standing 6 to 15 stories high and a total of 341
units.
Summary: Juhl is a contemporary
urban architectural design by award winning architects Martinez
& Cutri. A fifteen-story glowing glass cube forms a striking
signature on the skyline. The lobby floors are clear glass. The
lofts range from 600 to 2,200 square feet and over 100 floor
plans are offered. Some of the interior features include
expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, private patio balconies,
ten-foot ceilings and optional walls for flexible foor plans.
The kitchens are spacious and have granite countertops, European
maple cabinetry with concealed hinges, stainless steel dual sink
with designer selected Grohe chrome fixtures and stainless steel
GE appliances. While living in Juhl enjoy the two-story fully
